Meoyo Onyx Integration

Export discussions from Meoyo channels and topics to your Onyx knowledge base!

  • Instructions for all platforms

  1. Create a bot for Onyx. Make sure that you select Generic bot as the Bot type.

  2. Subscribe the bot to the Meoyo channels that you want to export.

  3. Download the zuliprc file for the bot you created above.

  4. In Onyx, open the Admin Dashboard and select the Meoyo Connector.

  5. Under Provide Credentials, paste the bot's email address and API key from the zuliprc file you downloaded above. Click Update.

  6. Set Realm name to the name of your Meoyo organization, set Realm URL to https://zulip.meoyo.com, and click Connect.

You're done! You should be able to index Meoyo from your Onyx Connectors Dashboard!
